This Privacy Policy explains how PeriNext Ltd. (company no. 517173753) (“PeriNext”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with the website perinext.com (the “Site”). We handle personal information in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations made under it, and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your information

The Site has no forms, and it does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Its fonts and images are served from our own server. See our Cookie Policy.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in answering inquiries, developing our business and operating a secure website.
3. You are not required to provide information
You are under no legal obligation to give us personal information; doing so is your choice. If you choose not to, we may be unable to answer your inquiry.
4. Patient information
We cannot give medical advice or assess individual cases. If you are a surgeon sharing a case with us, please remove identifying details (such as name, ID number and date of birth) from images and documents before you send them, and share only what is needed.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing. We share it only with:
- Service providers that process it on our behalf and according to our instructions: Trimaco Surgical Division Ltd., which provides us with project-management services and receives and handles emails sent to the address on the Site; our email provider (Microsoft); and our web-hosting provider (Hostinger);
- Authorities, courts and professional advisers, where the law requires it or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
- Investors, buyers or successors, in connection with a financing, merger or sale of all or part of our business, subject to confidentiality obligations.
6. Transfer of information outside Israel
Some of the providers mentioned in this policy store or process information outside Israel, including our email and hosting providers and WhatsApp. We transfer personal information outside Israel only in accordance with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, and, where the GDPR applies, with appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep information
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and to manage our relationship with you, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires or as needed to deal with legal claims. Server records are kept by our hosting provider for a short period, for security and technical purposes.
8. Information security
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information, and the Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your rights
Under Israeli law you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (sections 13 and 14 of the Privacy Protection Law).
If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to ask us to erase or restrict the use of your information, to object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to complain to your local data-protection authority.
To make a request, contact us at nave@trimaco.co.il. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
10. Children
The Site is intended for healthcare professionals, business partners and investors. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its last-updated date.
