1. About these terms
The website perinext.com (the “Site”) is operated by PeriNext Ltd. (company no. 517173753) (“PeriNext”, “we”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who the Site is for
The Site provides general information about PeriNext and the technology we are developing. It is intended for healthcare professionals, business partners and investors.
3. Regulatory status and no medical advice
The PeriNail™ system is under development. It has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, has not been CE-marked, and has not been registered with the Medical Devices Division of the Israeli Ministry of Health (AMAR). It is not available for sale.
Clinical information on the Site – including first-in-human experience and estimates derived from published literature – is provided for scientific and general information. It does not establish the safety or effectiveness of the system, and it is not medical advice or a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified surgeon.
4. Forward-looking statements
Statements on the Site about our development plans, clinical and regulatory pathway, timelines and markets are forward-looking. They reflect our current expectations and are subject to risks and uncertainties, so actual results may differ. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities.
5. Intellectual property and copyright

The PeriNail technology is protected by U.S. Patent No. 12,721,662. “PeriNext”, “PeriNail” and their logos are trademarks of PeriNext. Names of other companies and products belong to their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, frame or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission. If you believe that content on the Site infringes your rights, please contact us at nave@trimaco.co.il.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected system; not to introduce malicious code or disrupt the Site’s operation; and not to use automated means to scrape or collect content from the Site.
7. Third-party services
The Site links to WhatsApp, which is operated by a third party and governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services.
8. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeriNext and its directors, employees and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, or from reliance on information on the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may change the Site and these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply from the date they are published on this page.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms.
